What a year it’s been! This day last year was the craziest we’ve ever experienced. Here are some things I learned about myself during the pandemic.
My bet is you wouldn’t be too surprised to hear that our days are still primarily spent keeping a certain little toddler busy even during week 23 at home.
We’re halfway through our pregnancy! 20 weeks! I mean, if we had a set date for when this pandemic was ending. Wouldn’t that be great!
Week 16 at home brought a fun story to tell about a St. Joseph statue and selling your house. Have you heard of this Catholic tradition?
The celebrations felt different this season, but as long as we were all together, that’s all I really care about. Here’s to week 15 at home.
We’re heading into month three. Week 11 of continuing to shelter in place. It’s more challenging simply because our state in opening back up, but we’re staying put.
Two months into sheltering in place. It’d be disingenuous to pretend we’re doing okay. This week we had to get away.
While us introverts are mostly doing okay, the extrovert among us is starting to get a bit of cabin fever after seven weeks of sheltering at home.
Things are getting real. 6 weeks in and we’re not sure how long this is going to last. If nothing else, we’re more than grateful we have each other during this time. Family is everything.
